Milestone
We missed a milestone in Naomi's life and I wanted to make sure it is noted that on July 3, 2010, she was with us 3 months and 17 days. What is so significant about 3 months and 17 days you ask? The longest period she was in one place prior to us getting her was 3 months and 16 days. In her short little life, we have been the most consistent and I hope she understands that we are permanent fixtures in each other's lives :-)

It's the little milestones that add up to that feeling of permanance for both of you!! Yay for the reminder of her health and happiness with the cutting of that tooth!!
That is a big milestone! One of my favorite days with Maria was the day we had had her with us longer than we hadn't. It was a special day in our heart.
I too celebrated when Grace had been home longer. I read Reba's post; I wonder if all adoptive parents think of that?
