give it 4. I've seen a lot of cases lately where the referral was like on a certain day of the month, and the court dates were given exactly one month later.
i hope it will be sooner, just tell your self you will get your court date on the 11th of December, if none comes in by then...hmmmmmmm, but it will ;-)
